By accessing or using RoomHug services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. RoomHug (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a brand operated by Entriore Designs LLP.

1. Services Offered

• Online interior design consultations
• Design concepts, layouts, 3D visuals, and walkthroughs
• Design documentation and professional guidance
• Online execution support where explicitly included

RoomHug does not execute on-site construction or supply materials unless explicitly stated.

2. Scope of Work

• Service scope depends on the design package purchased
• All deliverables are digital unless clearly mentioned otherwise
• Work outside the defined scope may require additional charges

3. Consultations

• Consultations are time-bound and scheduled in advance
• Missed consultations without prior notice may be marked as completed
• Consultation outcomes are advisory in nature

4. Revisions

• Revisions are limited as per the selected package
• Additional revision requests may incur extra charges
• Redesign requests may be treated as a new scope of work

5. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance
• Pricing is listed per room unless stated otherwise
• Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, visuals, and documents remain the intellectual property of Entriore Designs LLP
• Clients receive a non-transferable license for personal use only
• Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or reused commercially without written consent

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements and project information
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Coordinate independently with contractors unless execution support is included

8. Limitation of Liability

• Contractor workmanship or execution quality
• Site-level deviations or errors
• Delays caused by third parties
• Decisions taken without approved designs

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
