RoomHug is operated by Entriore Designs LLP. As our services involve customised design work, time-bound consultations, and human effort, refunds are governed strictly by the stage of work completion.

1. Consultation Services

• Consultation services (including paid consultations) are non-refundable once delivered.
• If RoomHug cancels a scheduled consultation, the client will receive a full refund or a reschedule option.

2. Design Packages – Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are valid only before or at the 1st 3D draft stage.
• No refunds are applicable after the 1st 3D draft is shared and reviewed.

3. Partial Refund Policy

Any approved refund will be a partial refund. The refund percentage is evaluated and decided solely by the RoomHug team based on:

• Work completed till date
• Time and effort invested by the designer
• Operational and review time spent
• Deliverables already shared (2D layouts, concepts, PDFs, meetings, references, etc.)

RoomHug’s decision on the refund percentage is final and binding.

• Delays caused by lack of client inputs, approvals, or responses
• Subjective dissatisfaction after deliverables are shared
• Requests beyond the agreed project scope
• Projects paused or abandoned by the client

6. Payment Gateway & Taxes

• Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@roomhug.com with:

• Order ID
• Project name
• Reason for refund request

All refund requests must be raised before or at the 1st 3D draft stage.

8. Final Authority

All refund-related decisions are taken by Entriore Designs LLP / RoomHug and shall be final.
