Jodi Flat Online Interior Design Transformation
How Two 2BHKs Became One Spacious Living Home?
Designed by: Einterio · Executed by: Soham Interiors · Client: Mr. Mahesh Rozekar
Introduction
When Mr. Mahesh Rozekar approached us with the idea of converting two adjacent 2BHK flats into one seamless home, we knew the challenge would require creativity and precision. The goal was to remove physical barriers, expand the living room, and create a premium yet functional design for everyday living.
Using our online interior design process with detailed 2D layouts and photorealistic 3D renders, we visualized every element before execution. This not only reduced risks but also allowed the client to see how his future home would look and function — long before a single wall was touched.
The result? A light-filled, open home that merges modern minimalism with warm finishes, designed for both family gatherings and private retreats.
Project Details

Execution Partner: Soham Interiors (Mr. Shantanu)

The Design Challenges
Mr. Rozekar’s vision was clear on Flat Interior Design — he wanted a large, welcoming living room for family gatherings without compromising the privacy of bedrooms. Our biggest challenges were:
Merging adjacent living spaces while maintaining structural integrity
Combining two balconies to maximize natural light flow
Reworking circulation for better connectivity between kitchen, living room, and bedrooms
Achieving a premium aesthetic without exceeding budget or timeline
Our Online Interior Design Solutions
1. Structural Simplification & Flow
The partition wall between the two halls was removed, instantly creating a large living room connected to the balcony. This change enhanced both space perception and natural light flow.
2. Balanced Zones
Bedrooms were kept private, while circulation was planned along the periphery. This ensured that movement never interrupted seating or entertainment areas in the living room.
3. Cohesive Material Palette
We used warm neutrals, layered textures, and a mix of matte and reflective finishes. The kitchen and mandir featured durable materials suited for daily use, ensuring style and practicality.
4. Balcony Integration
Both balconies were reimagined as extensions of the living space with sliding glass doors, slim framing, and greenery zones for flexible seating.
5. Lighting & Details
Layered lighting — ambient, task, and accent — made the home feel welcoming day and night. Cove lighting emphasized textures, while downlights highlighted key furniture.
